I encourage clients to gain a deeper understanding of their internal thoughts in order to develop healthy coping skills needed to pursue your life goals. Therapy is a space that allows individuals to acknowledge how actions and behaviors contributed to who they are today. Therapy can be challenging, but the techniques and coping skills that can come from it are invaluable. I believe the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist is essential for the growing process. I provide a supportive environment for clients to explore and become educated on the tools needed to overcome life stressors.
